1.Introduction 1.HB SimApps makes applications for everyone to experience and enjoy. We are committed to our players and app users, and wish to ensure that the collection and use of any personal information received is performed in an open and transparent manner. This document, our Privacy Policy, outlines how we process and store any personal data belonging to you, and what we will do with that data.

example). General information concerning your use of our applications (for example, which country you are accessing our applications in, which device you are using, which language your device is set to, the dates you are using our applications).
Records of our correspondence with you (if you send us emails or Facebook messages, we may keep these on record).
Interactions with our social media – in particular your posts to our Facebook page or mentions or on twitter.

4.Cookies 1.Cookies are small files which are stored on your device, and are used by a very large number of online services. These files store information about you to help the services we use identify you when you use our applications.
2.We use cookies to so that: Our applications can interact with third party social networks (such as Facebook) where you have chosen to allow this.
Payment providers can process your instructions
We may, in future, use cookies to help collect general data concerning how you use our applications to help us improve our applications (such as tailoring our applications to the language you use).


5.Payment Information 1.When you make purchases in our applications we receive information about you from our payment service providers (such as Apple for applications on the app store, and Google for applications on the Google play store). Other than the information received from these providers, we do not collect or store any payment information from you. We do not store your credit card information.

6.How we will use your personal information 1.You agree that we may use your personal information for the purposes of: Understanding how to better tailor our applications to meet your needs. For example, if we recognise that users are finding a particular element of an application difficult or frustrating to use, we may use information received from you to improve the application and reduce frustration.
To generate analysis and market research to inform our business intelligence and market strategies.
Promoting our services and applications. For example, we may in future look to advertise our applications and services across our applications (one of our games may suggest another one of our games to you).
Contact you to assist with issues you have identified or to notify you of updates.
Prevent cheating, crime or fraud.

8.Third party social networks and platforms 1.Our applications may provide you with the opportunity to connect our applications with third party social networks (such as Facebook or Google Plus). These services are not maintained or controlled by HB SimApps. When interacting with third party social networks you should take care to read the terms of and conditions of your interaction with such networks.
2.When you connect with social networks via our applications, you understand and permit us to share information about you with your friends and contacts. This information includes your profile picture, name, and scores (for example, the level you have reached in SpellSmash).
3.You may stop or alter the way in which our applications interact with your social networks or social platforms by adjusting your settings on those platforms (for example, you can stop SpellSmash interacting with Facebook by changing your Facebook settings).

9.Length of data retention 1.We will retain any personal information for the length of time required to fulfil the purpose for which the information was received (as established in this Privacy Policy).

10.Your rights in relation to personal information 1.You may request a copy of information we hold about you. This may take some time to provide and require a small charge.
2.You may amend the information held by us, where applicable, if that information is not correct or up to date.
3.You may ask us not to use your personal information for marketing purposes. At present we have no direct marketing or advertising in place, but it is possible this will change in future.
